meet the team - Vets With Nets officers

A Marine Corp veteran and a full-time fishing guide, Chris knows how a day on the water can help with PTSD.  Chris has been a part of Vets with Nets since its inception in 2019, starting as a boat captain and then being one of the original board members. when not doing stuff for Vets with Nets Chris is running his business Blast N Cast guide service.

  born and raised in Charlotte, MI,  Brandon joined the navy after graduating from Charlotte high school. between being in the Navy and working for the Navy Brandon lived in Washington state till 2017. After returning to Michigan he bought a business and joined the Vets with Nets team in 2020.
 

A Marine Corp veteran and a volunteer in all aspects of the Monroe MI veteran community. Todd joined our team in 2022 and jumped in with both feet taking over registration, one of the hardest parts of the event. growing up Helping boats in the Monroe charter fleet has helped todd bring new captains to the event.

Kurt is one of the original board members and a big part of why Vets with Nets is held at the Detroit Beach Boat Club. Kurts background as a CPA and owner of income tax team, gives him the knowledge that we need to make sure our sponsorship money gets used efficently.
